Simply
relax in harmony with nature
The cottages are simply but comfortably
furnished with two, three or four bedrooms (maximum four to six
people), an open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a log burning stove
for cosy autumn and winter evenings and a bathroom with shower. Each
varies slightly in style and layout, some with traditional catalan
stone walls and wooden beamed ceilings, some more modern, yet still
rustic in style.
There's plenty of space – between 70 and 90m2 floor area, so
whether you are a couple or a larger family, there's a holiday home
that will be just right for you. There's plenty of space to relax
outside too – each cottage has its own patio or garden area
with both sun and shady areas - great for al fresco dining, or
simply taking in the surroundings. Some gardens are fenced, some
open plan. |

 The
extensive communal gardens contain a 10x5 metre pool with sun
loungers, barbecue area, and full size tennis court.
There is a separate TV room with DVD player and a small selection
of films, books and games, a boules pitch, and outdoor play house,
swing and sand pit for young children. So plenty of space and choice
of activity for everyone.
Outside the entrance there is a twelfth century hermitage/chapel
and an extensive network of countryside walking and cycling for all
levels through the surrounding woods and fields. Within fifteen
minutes easy drive there is a good choice of shopping and
restaurants with a great range of quality food & wine. |
Fancy going out?
Soak up the atmosphere of old Gerona and stylish Figueres, famous for
Dalì museums and shopping. Medieval monasteries, castles,
villages and Spain's impressive greco-roman coastal ruins near Escala.
Discover nature reserves, fishing villages, rugged coves, canals and the
picturesque bays of Cadaques, Roses, and Estartit.
Barcelona, Andorra and Pyrenean ski stations an easy drive away.
World famous arts & cultural festivals and events, national sea and
sky sports centres, horse riding, golf, racing, ballooning, karting,
plus Costa Brava nightlife. Visit wine and olive oil cooperatives, local
markets for the freshest produce. Everything is within 30 minutes drive.
The owners can help with bookings, transport and suggest tailor made
activities.
