de Calonge ( 15 minutes by foot ). The is a Supermarket within 700
metres. It has a nice garden with palm trees, different terraces (either in sun or with shade), a 8 metre by 4 metre swimming pool, and a large outside-barbeque. Entrance is on the street-level, and this floor has two double bedrooms with own bathroom (toilet, bidet, wash basin, bath with shower), and a balcony. Stairs to down lower level: living / dining area with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, corridor with 1 double bedroom with own bathroom (furnished as above), 1 further double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 separate bathroom (furnished as above), Also provided are: washing machine & dryer, garden chairs, sun-beds & parasols, TV, DVD, stereo audio and satellite receiver.
