in 2000, it is truly a modern, luxurious place to spend your holiday

The layout of the plot ensures total privacy; it is not overlooked on
the terrace or pool area. The Villa sleeps 8 + 2 and has 3.5 bathrooms.

kitchen with microwave, dish washer, hob, oven, freezer, etc with a
utility room off with washer, drier and ironing facilities. From
here a door leads off to bedroom 4; a large bedroom with fridge,
kettle, bathroom and private terrace. There is also a separate front
door to this bedroom.
In the villa there is a separate cloakroom off the lounge and two steps
lead up to two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Both
bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the Pool Terrace.
Upstairs is the main bedroom suite, comprising large double
bedroom, TV, large bathroom with corner jacuzzi and patio door
leading to private terrace with sea view. All bedrooms have built-in
wardrobes, drawers & bedside tables, window shutters and ceiling
fans
The Villa is approached through electric gates to a parking area
outside the garage. Outside there is a floodlit pool, 8m x 4m
with secluded sun terraces and sun-loungers. The pool faces south east
and enjoys the sun from dawn until evening. The pool is fully maintained
and cleaned twice each week. The is also a BBQ to enjoy the
benefits of outside living and a covered naya with outside table and
chairs for everyday dining.

Moraira was originally a small fishing village and has grown
into a charming holiday resort. The village centre retains much of it's
original character and the seafront has charming cafes with views to the
Marina. It is generally considered to be the Jewel in the Crown of the
Costa Blanca.
Calpe is bigger and more bustling , but the golden, sandy
beaches and seafront promenade, leading from the town centre to the
Marina and the old fishing port with it's no-frills fish restaurants
provide an ideal contrast to the more relaxed, sophisticated village of
Moraira.
