66 villa is located on the top row of the Los Altos II community and
is not overlooked, therefore benefiting from some of the finest views in
La Manga Club. The Villa boasts some of the most spectacular views
across one of the world's great resorts, La Manga Club. From the villa's
roof terrace you can enjoy 360° views from the resort across to the
sea, round to the Murcian Hills and the National Park forests. This
privately owned Andalusian style luxury 3 bedroom villa sleeps up to 6
people very comfortably. Within the grounds of the Los Altos II
community you have the choice of 3 large swimming pools to relax by.
This privately located villa is within walking distance of the shops,
bars, restaurants, tennis centre and par 47 golf course. This luxury
villa has all the comfort and facilities you would expect from a high
quality and beautifully maintained resort.
The Lounge:
This tastefully decorated light airy room is situated on the first
floor. Doors open onto an outdoor terrace with built-in barbeque.
With large comfortable sofas, this is the perfect place to relax.

Dining Room:
The separate marble floored dining area has seating for 6 people
around the large glass table. Air conditioning/heating system
Kitchen:
The kitchen is on the first floor of the villa. It is modern and
fully equipped with dishwasher fridge freezer microwave oven and
hob. A Utility room with washing machine is on the ground floor.
Bedrooms:
All three bedrooms are on the ground floor and have air
conditioning/heating systems. The Master bedroom features a large
king size bed & Satellite TV. This room has been extended to
provide a sitting area with dual aspect sea/mountain views. Luxury
marble en-suite bathroom including a bidet. Recently re-furbished
are two further bedrooms, both twin rooms which have the use of the
family bathroom.

Terraces:
Los Altos 66 is located in the top row and is not overlooked, in the
owners' opinion it has some of the finest views in the whole of La
Manga. From the roof terrace you can enjoy views of the tennis centre,
South golf course, Mar Menor, La Manga strip, Mediterranean Sea, Murcian
Hills and National park forests The first floor has a terrace leading
off from the lounge and kitchen, this has outdoor dining furniture and a
built in barbeque.
