open hearth, and swimming pool (the entrance of which can be closed off
for small children).
There are stunning views from the swimming pool, terrace and villa of
the whole of the Bay of Roses, the Pyrenees and Olive orchards. The
property is set in a beautiful sloping garden in a quiet location, and
facilities include a ping-pong table. It is just 4 kilometers from the
beach.
  Please
note: due to steps, this Mas Fumats Villa is not suitable for
wheelchairs.
The weekly rental rates for the entire property (Villa plus Studio)
are:-

50% of the Rental
fee is payable on booking. This, plus a € 500 security deposit must
be paid to the owner at least one month before commencement of the
rental.
The security deposit will be returned totally within one month of the
day of departure, but only after it has been checked whether the house
has been left behind tidy and in good order and the inventory has been
established as complete.
Any consumption of water and gas will be charged at the invoice price
of the Spanish suppliers and will be deducted from the security deposit.
Sheets, bath towels, table-cloths and tea towels need to be brought with
you or can be rented at the rental intermediary's service Paradise Villa
Service at the lessee's expenses. Please inform us beforehand.
