Santa Barbara Apartment in Canyelles Petites, Roses is a large three bedroomed apartment with very large terrace overlooking the Bay. It is just five Minutes' walk to the beach. This is a very central property within easy walk to the beach. Situated on the top of a small block. It has a very large covered south facing terrace, (approx 40 square meters) with stunning views across the bay.  The accommodation comprises of:- Living Room: Large living room with two sofa which can be converted into beds. Double doors to the terrace. Dining area: with table etc and everything you would expect to find, including radio and CD. player. Kitchen: Gas cooker with oven. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer and worktops etc. Bathroom: With shower, and Washing Machine. Bedroom 1: Double bed, window with view of the bay. Bedroom 2: Double Bed. Bedroom 3: Bunk Beds. Terrace: Double doors lead from the lounge to a magnificent south facing covered terrace, with large dining table, coffee table easy chairs and Barbecue. This is a very large apartment where most of the time spent in the apartment is spent on the terrace. For anyone who has not been to Canyelles before, it is quite uncommercialised but with two small but well stocked supermarkets and a handful of restaurants. We have a small intimate bar not 100 meters from the apartment. Canyelles Petites beach has a European Blue Flag. The town of Roses is approximately 2 kilometres away and is more commercialised with restaurants, bars and shops.
