Concerning the construction of the
house, the criteria of the integration with the landscape and views has
prevailed over others, including those of security. This means that the
house is not suitable for very small children as house and
access are embedded in steep terrain with the sea where it is not always
possible to protect the property with rails.
The Hotel Cala Joncols, located within walking distance, on the beach
of Cala Joncols has all services, bar, restaurant, catering, boat trips,
diving, kayak rental, etc.
Cala Joncols is an unspoiled beach in the heart of Cap de Creus Natural
Park with its wild landscape. It is located 12km (7 miles) from the
center of the town of Roses and 5 km from Cadaques (no direct access by
car.) Access to the Villa is via the coastal road from Roses along the
coast via Cape Norfeu. This is a unique environment surrounded by
nature's own wild Cap de Creus, a relief modelled by the tramuntana
wind, which makes the personality of l'Emporda.
The rental price of this unique villa for one
week during July and August is 2.500 €, including final cleaning,
bed linen and towels.
