The villa is set on 3 floors: Upstairs is a large living area opening onto a terrace with views of the Mediterranean. There is a fully equipped, new kitchen for Summer 2011. One bedroom is self contained at pool level and has a kitchen, lounge , an en-suite shower room, and direct pool access. The swimming pool is set in beautiful gardens overlooking the sea with a spacious sunbathing area. The mature gardens are a real feature of this villa. There are mature trees and shrubs throughout the steeply sloping hillside and paths winding down to shaded seating areas.

Casa Mimosa is located in Mas Fumats, overlooking the Bay of Roses, in the foothills of the Pyrenees, amongst olive groves with National Park all around. It is an ideal location to escape the crowds with beautiful views, but only a 5 minute drive to Roses and the nearest beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest bar /restaurant is Pasko's, 1 km away.

The Bay of Roses is a beautiful bay of sandy beaches from L'Escala to Roses. The Cap De Creus with its stunning rocky coves and sandy beaches is approximately 15 minutes drive through breathtaking scenery. Here you will also find El Bulli, the world famous restaurant. Figueres, about 20 minutes by car is a traditional town where you will find the Salvador Dali museum.

Aqua Brava water park is about 5 minutes drive and is great fun for all the family. Empuriabrava where you can hire a boat to explore the canals, or try sky diving, is approximately 15 minutes away.
