Can Ricard is just minutes from the sea and located in Can Isaac, a peaceful area of large detached villas amongst olive groves in the foothills of the Pyrenees. It is within easy walk of the beautiful old village of Palau Saverdera with its local shops and restaurants. The villa has wireless broadband access.

The above rental rates are for up to 8 people inclusive of gas, electricity, bed sheets and bath towels. Please bring pool/beach towels.
Payment is by bank transfer in Euros or Pounds. Credit card accepted via PayPal, with costs payable by you.
€500 holding deposit payable to secure your booking. The final balance payable 8 weeks before your reservation with additional €500 security deposit. This security deposit is returned within 2 weeks of departure if villa is left in an acceptable state.
There is a €160 charge for final cleaning payable with final balance. Mid stay cleaning available at extra charge.
Pets on negotiation with owner. Small extra charge made for pets.

The stunning Palau Saverdera nearby is a traditional Catalan village with its own wine cooperative, a small supermarket, newsagents, butchers, bakers and a good selection of restaurants all within a short walk from the villa. A more comprehensive selection of shops including large supermarkets, produce markets and a huge choice of bars, restaurants and clubs are 10 minutes drive away in Roses.

The nearest beach is less than 10 minutes drive away at Santa Margarita. There is a wide choice of other beaches within 20 minutes. A short drive takes you to the spectacular scenery to the North of the Bay of Roses, where wooded cliff walks lead to isolated coves (including the one where the world famous El Bulli restaurant is situated), or to any part of the long sandy beach which curves around the bay from Roses to L'Escala.

Nearby attractions include the Dali towns of Cadaques and Figueres, the Aiguamolls Nature Reserve, Aqua Brava water park, Empuriabrava Marina & skydiving centre, and Peralada Golf Course.
