Situated at the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains this Mas Fumats Villa can cater for large families or groups of friends who wish to holiday together whilst retaining some independence. Backing onto an old olive grove, this Villa is only 2 kms from the beautiful Mediterranean fishing village of Roses.

Any combination of the apartments may be rented for families or a group of friends not requiring the entire Villa. In the communal areas is a large barbeque area with a covered terrace, table and chairs. This area is for use of guests in the three apartments

Parking is available within a few metres of the villa.

Paskos, a local bar/restaurant, and a bakers shop are within a few metres of the villa apartments. The beach & town of Roses is only five minutes by car. Supermarkets, shops, post office, bank, butchers, bakers, boutiques, restaurants, bars, disco, evening entertainment are all within minutes by car.

The nearby long sandy beach of Roses, is safe and ideal for children, Being patrolled by the local Red Cross,

Sports:
A Skydiving centre, water sports harbour, natural park with riverside walks, boat hire, fishing, cycling, tennis, horse riding, organised boat trips, bowling, all available within easy distance. Aquabrava Water Park is nearby.

Perelada Golf Club : 15 minutes drive
Toremirona Golf Club: 20 minutes drive
Emporda Golf Club: 20 minutes drive

Apartment One (First floor):

Two-bedroom Apartment sleeping 4 to 6 people. With Living room, Kitchen, Shower room & WC and two private terraces.

Apartment Two (Ground floor):

Two-bedroom Apartment sleeping up to 5 people. With Living room, Kitchen, Shower room & WC and two private terraces.

Apartment Three (Ground floor):

Two-bedroom Apartment sleeping up to 5 people With Living room, basic functional Kitchen, small but functional Shower room & WC and Large private terrace area.

Outside:

Communal Barbeque area for the enjoyment of all three apartments.

Travel information: Roses is easily accessible from either Girona (45 minutes) or Perpignan (1 hour) airports. Barcelona airport is 2 hours by car. Self drive hire cars are available from all of these airports. Find the best rates with CarRentals.co.uk. We can arrange for a car with an English driver to collect you from the airport. Cost for Girona is 65 euros for up to 4 people, 100 euros for 5 or 6 people each way.
