This spacious, bright and quiet 45 square meter apartment consists of
a large open kitchen with all amenities (even a washing machine),
bathroom, bedroom and living room with a balcony (where you could sip
a drink after a long day sightseeing). The interior is completed with
art and plants for that homely feeling and mirrors the city; a mixture
of modern design and antiques.
Situated on the fourth floor of a mid 19th century building in a
trendy neighbourhood full of colourful shops, from art galleries to
mini markets… Plenty of restaurants too, for sampling anything
from typical Spanish and local Catalan food and from the latest fusion
to ethnic cuisine.
This one bedroom apartment consists of approx 45 sq meters and is
ideal for up to 4 people! Excellent location!!!
Living room consists of a large sofa bed (folds out into a KingSize
bed), arm chairs, sideboard with television, stereo equipment,
magazines and some books. Sliding doors open up to a narrow but long
balcony (with chairs and some Mediterranean plants). Big open kitchen
with washing machine (detergent, iron and ironing board included),
grill/microwave, hobs, electric kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker
and manual coffee maker, all cutlery, crockery, pots and kitchen
utensils Bar with stools
Large dining table for big meals or board games. Comfortable double
bed and wardrobe in the bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and
wash basin with storage space underneath (as well as a hair dryer)
On top of the building is a large (shared) terrace. You'll find 2
deckchairs stored in the apartment in case you wish to have a siesta
on top (or to read a book). Bed linen and towels are provided.
Walk-in cupboard to store your suitcases (and your shopping!). An
interesting mix of art and furniture.
The Owner has over 10 years experience in the travel industry and
speaks English, Dutch, French, German, Italian and Spanish Assistance
and information on arrival at the apartment. Large information package
in the apartment on things to do and see: off-the-beaten-track stuff,
weird and wonderful restaurants, best night-spots, where the locals go
to shop, hiking in the nearby hills (accessible by underground), trips
out of town etc. Friendly!! Excellent value for money!!
