EL SOL 37 is an apartment for four people, situated on the south-east side of Canyelles Petites. It is a well appointed single-level, ground floor apartment (approached by a short flight of steps) in a small block of six apartments. It is within walking distance from the beach (250 m.), supermarket, restaurants and a nice bar called "Don Quijote", where they speak most western european languages.

The Apartment comprises of a pleasant lounge / diner with satellite TV, gas heating, fire place and radio. From the lounge /diner, there are sliding doors onto a 20m2 terrace furnished with a table & four chairs. It has a special view into the bay.

The kitchen has a gas hob, fridge, electric oven and cutlery for four persons. A pantry houses the washing machine, barbecue for the terrace, ironing board with a flat-iron, etc.

Both the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes - one bedroom has a double bed, the other has two singles. The nice bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet.

Parking - the apartment has his own lockable garage. The linen and towels are not supplied, but there is a possibility of renting the linen.
