Casa Oso is a three-bedroom, air
conditioned Villa sleeping six in the heart of the northern Costa
Brava, Spain
This delightful property is only available for
August and up to 11th September.
Being
in an excellent location on the lower hillside of Puig Rom, the Villa
has panoramic views of harbour, bay of Roses and Pyrenees. It is less
than 10 mins walk to the harbour & beach, and a further 3 minutes
to shops and restaurants of Roses centre. There is also a small
supermarket 5 mins walk away.
The
previous owners had made the Villa into two Apartments, but the new
owners have now rebuilt the staircase and restored the property into
one spacious residence.
Accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor Entrance Hall, Living Room with beautiful views and
satellite TV, fully equipped Kitchen, one Double Bedroom, Bathroom,
Terrace. Staircase down to: Further Living Room, second Bathroom, 2
Double Bedrooms, Terrace. There is a further terrace at garden level.
All the terraces have glorious views over the bay of Roses and the
famous Roses sunsets!
The Bay of Roses (or Rosas in Catalan) is at the heart of Spain's
Northern Costa Brava - an ideal base for touring Catalonia.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
