PORT
ROSES, COSTA BRAVA is a new leisure marina complex wsith facilities
including shops, restaurants, bars, parking, sailing school and all
mains services.
Within the Marina there are 483 moorings: (110 for visitors),
catering for lengths of 6 metres to 35 metres there are 65 moorings
for up to berths of 18 metres).
The moorings available are:
6 metres: € 36.000 (c £ 24,800) and
8 metres: € 58.000 (c £ 40,000)
Services available include:
Standby jetty, Ramp for light boats, Filling station (24 hours),
ice cubes & Monitoring
General services for the user:
Port authorities, Management and administration of the port,
tourist information & weather forecast, telephone, fax,
Internet, VHF radio, Sailing school and school for other nautical
sports, Showers and sanitary installations, Restaurant.
Supplies at the moorings:
Water, Electricity, Collection of oil and fuel, Separate collection
of glass, paper & cardboard, Garbage collection, Cleaning of
water, Bilge pumps
The Leisure Port is adjacent to Roses fishing harbour and is just 2
or 3 minutes walk from the Bars, Shops & Restaurants of the
Town.
This is a perfect venue for sailing and boating: the Bay of
Roses offers protection from the sometimes lumpy waters of the open
Mediterranean, whilst generally providing excellent sailing breezes. |
